• An online template is provided for ATs to work from, with encouragement to have open discussion with their Athletic Directors 
• Once completed a PDF version is stored on our cloud and sent to the AT
• These should be completed for each venue as the sports transition from fall to winter to spring

• Year end Evaluations sent to ATs & ADs to capture what worked well and how things could be improved
